Old Fashioned #2

2 oz Xicaru Añejo
2 dashes Angostura bitters
½ oz vanilla liqueur (Licor 43, Tuaca)

Stir and serve over a large cube or fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel and cherry.
